Our advisers work within the cost parameters set out by the company, in respect of offering long term, sustainable insurance coverage for their employees. It is not uncommon that many companies cannot afford to offer the maximum benefits available for their staff, and we work with companies to ensure that we can help them provide the most comprehensive level of cover within an affordable framework. This ranges from international medical insurance for multinational companies, to weekly funded cash plans that provide dental and optical cash benefits. We aim to ensure that the companies we are mandated to work for are able to make an informed decision on behalf of their staff and can relay essential information about the scheme, so that all employees are aware of the extent of their cover.

Fact Finding

We discuss with the (proposed) Group Secretary what the financial budget of the company is, as this determines the level of cover available. Many companies have Employment Contracts which outline the level of cover than an employee is entitled to under their employment. This benchmark helps us determine what level of cover and hospitals that the company requires access to. Our advisers will explain underwriting options, hospital lists, the claims procedure and optional benefits to create a framework for obtaining quotes from insurers.

Market Review

Our advisers will review the quotes that have been obtained from the market and will work to negotiate the best price for the most comprehensive level of cover. We will present our market comparisons to the companies, and will work with the company to find the right outcome.

Reason Why Letter

Upon receiving approval of cover, we provide our clients with written confirmation of their policy status and benefits. Our Reason Why Letter outlines the company requirements, summarises the market review and lists the Statement of Demands & Needs of the company.

Ongoing Support

Throughout the policy year, each company has an assigned Client Relationship Manager, who can assist in adding or removing members from the policy and clarify any invoicing queries.

FEES

These are refundable commitment fees that are subject to rebate upon completion.
